Dear curious reader,
We have welcomed a returning member. If you should so fondly remember, the breathtaking mural painted by Anna, she has since contributed to the ever steady addition of art around the house.
The thing about Anna is you have no idea where her imagination will take her. I think even Anna would agree that she doesn’t know either. Watching her, if you should ever be so lucky (which we were), you’ll realise that her fingers can barely keep up with how fast her brain is moving. I liken it to that scene in Julie & Julia, Swishing of brushes, pausing and standing back for a second, then going in to dip into another pot. And when I say you’d blink and miss it, you really do. You take a second to look away, and then suddenly you hear the tap being switched on, the water flowing - an indication that she is done. You look back at where she was working on, and in this case, it was Luna’s door, it’s simply there. A page out of a kids storybook.
Luna is well adjusted into her threenager phase and with that comes a chaotic energy that only a toddler could posses. So a wild image for a wild child. I don’t know if more will be added. Anna is returning yet again. And with that, we shall see.
